It isn't my habit to set New Year's goals or resolutions. However, this year, significant suggestions fell into my lap. I don't trust my productivity to luck but I do believe in serendipity; things happen for a reason.
A couple weeks ago, our writing coach walked us through Strategic Planning for the future, and January jobs related to Winnie stories emerged. This bodes well for February through December! The message to me was not new, it was a reminder--trust those around me and take time to listen and learn. And I'm not required to have all the answers.
(Special thanks to Karen F!)
Another version of strategic planning appeared last week and accentuated how to focus my planning, courtesy of Jim Kwik.
What is one thing you want to do more of?
What is one thing you want to do less of?
What is one new thing you want to start doing?
What is one thing you want to stop doing?
If I can answer these questions with strategic planning goals in mind, I will have succeeded.
AND... if any of these ideas speak to you, have at it!
Have a Memorable Monday!
